There is so much beauty in the seemingly ordinary, and I believe in documenting every season of life. I am a storyteller and strive to create a relaxed environment for you to feel comfortable enough to be your true self in front of the camera. To laugh and to dance. I catch the beautifully raw moments as they unfold. Not only do I capture a glimpse into your life, I have the privilege of telling your story. I would love to get to know you. Let's get coffee!
Colorful collab with Maison Lafitte, Distressed Rentals, Doris Ione, Palate New Orleans, and Luminous Events!

How did you and Josiah meet?
We were connected through mutual friends, but he made his introductory move through the good ole instagram DMs.
Beekeeping has been an amazing adventure for our family. We learn more every day and are constantly fascinated by God’s design in nature. Despite a few stings along the way, the sweet reward of fresh golden honey makes it all worth it.
Each season, we jot down a list of things we’d like to do as a family to soak up everything the season has to offer. The endless days of summer are my absolute favorite and always make me feel a sense of childlike wonder. Most of our list are things we can do at home for little to no cost, and they make the best memories! Here is our summer fun list for 2023:
I grew up closely tied to the Bag of Donuts cover band. They’ve all known me since the day I was born. In the spring of 2017, the band had just hired a full time horn section and I had just graduated from college. In an effort to support my new photography hobby, which would later become my career, one of the band members invited me to test out my new camera on a local gig in town. I arrived wearing white denim shorts and a 90s t-shirt with my hair up in a less than flattering bun and no make up thinking I’d be hanging out with what I considered to be family! Low and behold, one of the band members introduces me to the news saxophone player. Phil says the moment he shook my hand, he knew. He still gets teary eyed when he tells the story :’) We locked eyes and shook hands and that was it. After much prayer, conviction and a few challenges, the rest is history!
I’ve had the honor of knowing Janice and Alex for quite a while! After a couple of reschedules (thanks, Covid!), we finally got to celebrate their BIG day at the beautiful Felicity Church and at their very own brewery. This was truly one of my favorite weddings to date. Janice and Alex are head over heels for each other and two of the most talented, laidback people I’ve ever met. Every detail was thoughtfully curated and executed by their amazing team of vendors. CHEERS to Janice and Alex! Congrats, y’all!
Lifestyle sessions are where my heart is. There is something so special about living alongside a family for a day and experiencing life through their eyes. I first photographed the Mumford family 4 years ago when they lived in their old home. Sawyer and Blythe still had their baby teeth, Veda was toddling around, and Wesley wasn’t born yet. This is when it hit me… lifestyle sessions become more valuable over time.
So many creative hands went into making our wedding day beautiful and special! I want to thank each and every vendor for their incredible talent and eye for beauty.
