FAQ_1
Q: What is your ideal wedding day?
A: Let's see. I love first looks, sweet emotions, and sentimental details. The way the groom anxiously waits for the bride to walk down the isle, handwritten vows written from the heart, and tears during the first dance. I love uniqueness because every love story is one of a kind. Couples who are full of life and ready to take a risk.. Less poses and more belly laughs.. Sweet kisses that mean more than words.. I have the privilege of capturing these moments for you, and that is why I love what I do.
Q: How do I book my wedding with you?
A: For detailed pricing and availability, please fill out my contact form. A retainer and contract is required to secure the date. The quickest way to contact me is through e-mail. I would also love to set up a meeting to talk wedding details and show you our fabulous albums over coffee.
Q: Do you travel?
A: Absolutely! I am based out of Southern Louisiana and shoot primarily in New Orleans and Santa Rose Beach, Florida. I am available for travel worldwide.
Q: What kind of products do you offer?
A: We offer a wide range of products including: wooden engraved USB boxes, fine art prints, canvas wraps, vintage leather albums, legend albums, and linen albums. Our beautiful, fresh, and simple handmade albums are made of the finest silk and canvas cover materials. I custom design your album leaving you with a stunning final product to showcase your wedding.
Q: How many images will I receive from my wedding day?
A: Typically, you will receive 500-700 edited photos on USB with printing rights. The images are numbered and neatly organized into folders. The folders match your online gallery to make ordering easy.
Q: How do your wedding packages work?
A: I offer elopement and full wedding day collections. From bridal prep to the reception exit, we capture every little moment and detail from your big day. I take great pride in my work, and you will see this in the final product. You will receive your edited photos on USB with printing rights.
Q: How long will it take to receive my wedding photos?
A: Approximately six to eight weeks. You will receive a sneak peek before the full wedding is posted. I keep open communication with my brides throughout the editing process. Your photos will first be available for viewing on your online gallery. Prints and canvases from my professional lab can be ordered straight off of your gallery. You will then receive your USB in the mail. Then it's time to get started on your album!
Q: Do you have outfit suggestions for engagement photos?
A: Your outfit and location choice should reflect your personality as a couple. I can totally walk you through this and help you choose the best scenario for your photo session. I always love neutrals with a statement piece or a pop of color!
Q: I want formal pictures with my family. Do you do this?
A: Yes, I do. The majority of your photos will be photojournalistic, real moments and those precious little details. I take posed photos as well. Months before your wedding, I will email you a wedding survey asking for specific family photos and special requests that will have me 100% ready for your wedding day. This helps the process go by smoothly and effortlessly.
Q: Should I do a first look?
A: The great thing about doing a first look is that you have a private moment together as a couple. You will also receive more portraits together in natural light. Flawless, effortless natural light portraits. This is my favorite moment of the day to express my creativity. We can also take this time to get all of the family formals finished before the ceremony. I still photograph the groom's priceless expression as he watches the bride walk down the isle. And the even greater news about doing a first look is that you can enjoy cocktail hour with family and friends and go straight into first dances and the PARTY!
Q: What form of payment do you accept?
